This is a great way to heat up your leftover pizza without making it soggy, chewy and keeping the crust nice and crisp!
Step 1: Cook pizza in microwave for 30 seconds upside down.
This is key–it keeps all of the grease from soaking the dough on the bottom of the pizza.
Step 2: Flip pizza over and cook an additional 30 seconds in the microwave.
Step 3: Place pizza in a pan on the stove over medium heat until desired crispness (3-4 minutes).
This allows the crust to get crisp and alleviate the dreaded soggy, chewy leftover pizza taste.
